The Australian Osseointegration
Society (AOS) brings together people at the forefront of implant
dentistry in Australasia. Our members are general dentists,
prosthodontists, surgeons, dental technicians, hygienists,
therapists, dental nurses, laboratory technicians, industry
representatives and auxiliary dental personnel who enjoy meeting to
learn and share information to improve the standard of implant
dentistry.
Our aims are as follows:
> To encourage and promote clinical applications of osseointegration
> To encourage high professional and clinical standards
> To organise and conduct educational programs
> To promote research in implant dentistry
As well as the Federal body, the AOS has state branches in NSW,
QLD, SA, VIC, WA and New Zealand.
