AOS Marketing Director

Erica Thomas is a specialist in strategic business planning, marketing, communications and human resource management, with over 15 years experience working with organisations to raise their corporate profile, achieve growth and increase market share. Erica is engaged by a diverse range of clients, working with Directors, boards and committees, in directorship and strategic advisor roles. Erica is a Director on the board of the Bendigo West Beach Community Bank SA, and the Epilepsy Centre SA/NT. As Marketing Director for the AOS Erica manages marketing and communications strategy, and oversees management of the AOS federal biennial conference.  

Dr Gary Seacombe

Centaur Software (dental4windows)

With his knowledge of practice management, the systems necessary to manage a practice efficiently and his recently found interest and growing experience in Digital X-ray Imaging coming from Centaur’s expertise in this area, Gary now speaks at a small number of industry events. He will often be asked to visit local practices to discuss specific issues or practice needs in any of these areas.

Davide Rinaldi

Data Vision Australia (Oasis & Exact)

He is best known (through his company Data Vision Australia) for the provision of practice management software and complete IT solutions.

He trains in both OASiS and Exact Practice Management Software and also provides consultancy services to maximise efficiencies and cost savings from the use of practice management software.

Davide is also the current State President of the ADIA (Australian Dental Industry Association)

Francine Poole

AOS Secretariat

Francine Poole works as a project coordinator and multimedia developer for Yaltara Software, an Adelaide based company with a focus on developing software for patient and clinical education, and is the current serving federal secretariat for the AOS. She has a background in graphic and digital design, with additional skills in illustration and photography. Through her work with Yaltara Francine has helped to create functional and intuitive tools for the dental professional to better communicate visual and aesthetic concepts. In addition to the Yaltara applications she has also overseen the production of a cosmetic dentistry and clinical photography Info CD which was published by the UK’s Aesthetic Dentistry Today. Momentum Management

Randi Goda is a dynamic and entertaining speaker. She is the Director of Momentum Practice Management and a lawyer with a degree in psychology. She has trained courses on dental practice management, success, communications, personal development, mediation / arbitration, and sales. She has over twenty years of experience in working with thousands of dental practices throughout the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

Sandi Foley
Indigo Consulting

Sandi has been in the medical/dental industry for over 37 years and has extensive experience in a variety of roles consisting of nursing, dental nursing, medical and dental practice management, human resources management, recruitment and training and has achieved qualifications in these areas. Her role as General Manager at Indigo Medical and Dental Consulting Services provides comprehensive support in Practice Management, training and recruitment to both Medical and Dental practices. Sandi provides a wealth of experience, skills/knowledge and passion and is dedicated to providing a professional, yet friendly service which contributes to the success of her client’s business.
